How It Works:

  2. Get Them Delivered: Enjoy free Express Post shipping across Australia, directly to any Australian address—perfect for bridesmaids living in different States and Cities.
  3. Try On and Decide: Take your time trying on the dresses with your bridesmaids for up to 7 days after delivery is received. Confirm your size, design, and colour before making the final order.
  4. Return with Ease: Simply send back via Australia Post Express on the 7th day.

The Details:

  • Try Before You Buy fees are credited towards any dress purchase, excluding samples and sale items.
  • Dresses come in our exclusive travel cubes, with a sizing guide and tape measure included.
  • Please return the dresses on the 7th day or earlier in the condition received.

Returning Your Try Before You Buy:

  • Send back the dresses on the 7th day via Australia Post Express. We recommend taking a photo of the package with the tracking number for your records to ensure it reaches us safely.


  1. What if I need more time to return the dresses? Contact us and we’ll work together to find a solution. If the dress is not required a bridal party waiting, we can easily help.
  2. What happens if a dress is damaged? Minor damages won’t incur fees, but significant issues or stains will be assessed. A repair fee or cleaning fee might be deducted from your service fee paid.
  3. Do we have samples of every style, colour, and size? While we stock a wide range, not every style/colour is available; however, colour swatches are available upon request. Our stylists can help find similar silhouettes, fabrics by the designer you are interested in so please reach out for our help.  
  4. How many dresses can I order? We do not have a maximum, we understand that getting the fit, style and colour is very important. Please note though, we do not refund Try Before You Buy service fee’s, they are given back as credit towards your full price dress purchase. 
  5. What if the dresses don’t arrive on time? We use Express Post to minimise delays, but if there’s an issue, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

Please Note:

  • Late returns incur a fee of $5 per day. After 30 days if you haven’t contacted us at all or given any communication about when it will be returned. Unreturned dresses will be charged at 150% of the retail price via the same method of payment used during checkout.
  • Our service is designed with your convenience in mind but adheres strictly to our terms to ensure availability for all brides.
