Please note, each designer has their own individual returns/exchange policy that we are to follow. Please make sure that you have read and understood the full returns/exchange policy for the design you would like to purchase in advance as we are also subject to their policies.
The standard lead time for made to order items is 12-14 weeks (Covid has caused additional delays that are out of our/the designers control so please contact us if you need to confirm any lead time prior to placing your order). Many designers have rush options available which we will happily assist you with. We recommend an additional 2 weeks available prior to your wedding date to allow for shipping and alterations.
We recommend where ordering all dresses of a bridal party together to ensure there is no variance in the dye lot of the fabric. Our stylista can assist with this.
Prior to purchasing, we can help your bridal party with Try Before You Buy
designs, size guides, measuring tips and design information to assist in selecting the most appropriate size for your dresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all sizing, and to ensure measurements are taken accurately by each member of the bridal party to ensure accuracy. A lot of designs are made to order and unavailable for exchange or returns so it is important to talk to our team if you have any concerns or doubts before placing your order.

Most bridal parties require final alterations to dresses to ensure a perfect fit. This includes ‘made to order’ and ‘custom made’ items. We recommend discussing your requirements with a qualified tailor prior to ordering your dresses to ensure the perfect fit!
Items are shipped from our warehouse within 2 days of receiving your made to order or custom item. All items are sent via Australia Post express to ensure up to date tracking. International orders may incur duties and taxes, depending on the country of arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient to be paid upon entry. We do not cover any customs duties or taxes.
