We understand that shopping for the perfect dress for the entire bride tribe can be hard. We are trying to be as helpful as possible however each designer has their own returns and exchange policy that we follow.

Talia Sarah

Our beautiful Talia Sarah bridesmaids collection is the most flexible allowing you to relax a little with your purchase. The Talia Sarah Collection can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange unless the design is a made to order style, colour or size. We may be able to assist with exchanging made to order Talia Sarah designs for you so please still contact us and we will do everything we can to help. Exchanges on made to order styles will incur a $50 fee and are subject to time and availability. Talia Sarah styles that are a custom size or colour cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Please note, dresses need to be returned in the condition you received them, unworn, unwashed, or unaltered with all tags attached. Dresses that are marked, stained, damaged, worn or have the tags removed will be returned to you at your own cost. All international Talia Sarah orders are able to be exchanged only and will be charged for any additional shipping.

Designers

All designer dresses are made specifically for each order and are therefore considered made to order. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these dresses. Some designers have an exchange option which may incur an exchange fee so please see the following details for each specific designer;

Dressology
 
Dressology dresses can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt, provided they are an in stock style. Styles that are made to order cannot be returned for a refund (unless faulty/damaged) however we may be able to offer an exchange at our discretion.
 
 
These items are made to order and as such are not eligible for exchange or refund unless faulty/damaged. Please make sure you order the correct size etc as orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed with the designer.
All sizes should be selected based on the Tania Olsen measurements on their size chart. We are unfortunately unable to exchange or refund if you have selected the incorrect size.
NOTE: Tania Olsen do keep a stock inventory which we order from when available. These dresses follow the same returns policy as above.

Amsale
 
Amsale does not accept returns on any orders. All of our garments are custom made when ordered. There are no returns or exchanges, no exceptions. This policy applies to all online orders, including bridesmaid dresses and swatch samples. Please note that payment will not be refunded even if the event is cancelled, without exception. Amsale assumes no responsibility for any changes in your measurements for any reason. Any alterations needed will be the customers’ responsibility.
 
 
All Shona Joy dress sales are final and are unable to be exchanged or returned due to change of mind.
 
 
Bridesmaids robes may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Robes must be in the original packaging, unworn and unwashed. Any robes that are not in their packaging or have marks, stains or tears will be returned to you at your own cost.
 
Unfortunately we are unable to cover the shipping for exchanges or returns.
 
 

All other accessories outside of the robes & PJ sets are unable to be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

 
These sales are final and are unable to be returned. Sale dresses that are labelled as Discontinued Try Before You Buy are sold at a dramatic discount due to being ex showroom dresses/second hand and may have markings or damage. Please purchase carefully with this in mind.
 
Damages & Faults
 
We pride ourselves in the designers that we stock and do everything to ensure that your item is perfect. If you believe an item purchased from us is defective or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we are able to reach out to the designer of the dress and start to rectify the problem. Please include a photo and/or video of the fault as well as your order number. We will work with you and the designer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Items must be brand new, unworn, in original condition with tags attached. In the case that an item is deemed faulty we will offer either a refund, exchange or repair where possible. Discontinued items and made to order items may not be available for replacement. Where a refund is offered, it will be via the same method of payment used during check out.
