Below are a few important details to note prior booking your appointment.
We are located in Narangba, QLD, just North of Brisbane. This is our ecommerce hub, and is a warehouse with a small change room set up for our bridal parties.
All appointments require a $25 deposit to secure your spot, and to ensure that a staff member is there for you when you need them. Once your appointment is complete, your deposit can be used as a credit towards an order.
Confirmation is required for all appointments and they are first in best dressed (literally)! Your timeslot will be reserved for 48 hours and is only locked in once payment is processed. After 48 hours, your appointment will be offered to other waiting bridal parties.
Appointments are limited to one hour with a maximum of 6 styles to try on per visit.
If you cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be refunded or transferred if rescheduling. Any cancellations within 48 hours will unfortunately have their deposit voided, as staff have already been organised at this point.
