Q: How do I know what size I am in TH&TH?
A: We strongly recommend visiting a professional to have your measurements taken then you can refer to the TH&TH size guide on each product page or email us for assistance. Sizes range from XS to 7XL depending on the design.
Q: How long are TH&TH dresses?
A: Dresses measure 117-119cm from waist to hem and can be easily altered by a professional.
Maternity Orders
Q: What should I do if my bridesmaid is pregnant, becomes pregnant, or is postpartum?
A: Contact our online stylists for maternity recommendations. Please let us know how far along you will be for the wear date.

Q: When should I order my TH&TH dresses?
A: Order your dresses 6-9 months before your wedding, as TH&TH are made to order and production takes approximately 4 months, plus shipping.
Q: How long will my TH&TH bridesmaid dress take to arrive?
A: TH&TH dresses are made to order and take up to 16 weeks to produce before shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I get a refund or exchange if I change my date, cancel my wedding, or change my mind?
A: Unfortunately, no. TH&TH bridesmaid dresses are made to order and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once ordered.
Care & Maintenance
Q: How do I care for my TH&TH dress?
A: Dry clean only, and steam to remove creases. Test a small area first to ensure the correct steamer setting.

Measure your junior and match her chest, waist and hip to the closest size — if she falls between sizes, size up. Hollow to hem is the full front length (base of the neck to the hem). Our stylists are happy to help with in-between or 15–16 year fits.
