Try Before You Buy dresses are for trying only — not wearing.
Dresses must be returned in original condition.
Returns are sent via Australia Post (We recommend either Express or Signature on Delivery) on day 7.

Returning Your Try Before You Buy:
- Send back the dresses on the 7th day via Australia Post Express. We recommend taking a photo of the package with the tracking number for your records to ensure it reaches us safely.

What if I need more time?
If you need a little extra time, reach out to our stylist team before your return date. We’ll always try to help where possible.
What if a dress gets damaged?
Try Before You Buy dresses are for trying on only. Minor makeup marks or light wear are okay, but significant damage or staining may incur a fee.
Can different bridesmaids receive dresses at different addresses?
Yes. Dresses can be shipped to multiple Australian addresses, making it easy for bridal parties in different locations. Additional shipping fees will apply.
Is the Try Before You Buy fee refundable?
Try Before You Buy fees are non-refundable, however they are credited towards your final dull price dress purchase when you place an order.
What happens if I fall in love with a dress?
Perfect. Once you’re ready, simply place your order and your Try Before You Buy fees will be credited towards your chosen dress.
What if I return the dress late?
Try Before You Buy dresses are also used in our showroom/photoshoots and other TBYB parties so we kindly ask you return them as soon as possible. Late returns may incur a fee.
