Returns and Exchanges
Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange a robe or pj/cami set, please follow our guidelines below:
Eligibility:
- All return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Items must be unopened, still sealed in their original packaging, and in new condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalised items, such as embroidered robes, sleepwear, slippers, and cami sets, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Worn or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process:
- Email your return request to customersupport@
bridesmaidsonly.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. - Please allow our team 1-2 business days to respond to your request. This response time does not count towards the 30-day return period.
- Ensure all returned items are in original condition, neatly folded, unworn, with all tags attached, and free of any marks or pet hair. Items must be returned in the same packaging they arrived in.
- Email your return request to customersupport@
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used for the order, such as a credit card or Afterpay account. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account. If the refund is processed as a store credit, it will be available instantly.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know in your request email so we can reserve the exchange items for you ahead of time. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
- For exchanges, the returned item must meet the same criteria as outlined in the return policy.
- We will process exchanges promptly upon receiving the returned item in its original condition.
