Q: How do I ensure the best fit for my Dressology bridesmaid dress?
A: Get measured by a professional tailor. If that’s not possible, follow our guidelines for taking your own measurements using a soft measuring tape, keeping it snug but not tight, and measuring over your undergarments. Q: What is Dressology’s size range?
A: Dressology offers an inclusive size range from AU 6–28, designed to flatter and celebrate every body type.
Q: What if I’m in between sizes?
A: If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger size, as it’s easier to alter a dress to fit you perfectly. Please allow around a 2cm variance, as some styles vary slightly with fabric and fit. Most bridal parties require alterations for a perfect fit, such as hemming, straps, and waistline adjustments.

Ordering & Production
Q: How long do Dressology orders take to arrive?
A: Dressology dresses are made to order and take approximately 8–16 weeks to produce before shipping. Certain styles may be available sooner from our in-stock range – just reach out with the style, colour and size so we can double check availability.
Q: When should I place my Dressology order?
A: We recommend ordering with plenty of time before your wedding to allow for production, shipping and alterations – aim for at least 20 weeks before the big day.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I get a refund or exchange if I change my date, cancel my wedding, or change my mind?
A: Unfortunately, no. Dressology bridesmaid dresses are made to order and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once ordered. Please double-check your measurements and the size chart before ordering.

Q: How do I care for my Dressology dress?
A: Dressology’s chiffon gowns are delicate – we recommend dry cleaning, or gently hand washing in cold water and hanging to dry in the shade, to protect the soft drape and finish.
