Dresses featuring the Made To Order symbol mean that the exact fabric is specifically cut in the colour and size that you have selected once you have placed your order and payment has been received. Your bridesmaids dress is sewn especially for you into the beautiful design you purchased. Bridal parties will have all dresses cut from the same fabric run to ensure that their are no variances in the colour.
Returns & Exchanges
Orders are unable to be cancelled once placed. As your dress is made specifically for you they are unable to be returned or exchanged. A refund will only be provided if your goods are faulty or damaged and cannot be repaired or replaced.
Production Times
Your dress can take anywhere between 2-16 weeks to make, depending on the design. Most designers have an additional rush fee available to bump your order for those last minute emergencies. Check the production times for each designer below and please contact us to confirm if you have any concerns, would like additional information or need a rush fee quote.
