Shipping within Australia
Free Express shipping on orders of $199 AUD or more. For orders under $199 AUD, Parcel Post is $14.99 AUD and Express Post is $19.99 AUD. Available methods are shown at checkout.
Australian orders ship with Australia Post and tracking. Express refers to the postal service after dispatch; it does not shorten a made-to-order dress’s production time.
Dispatch time
In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) from Brisbane.
Made-to-order dresses generally have a production lead time of 8–16 weeks, depending on the designer. Dressology production is usually 2–7 weeks. Lead times are listed on each product page. We recommend ordering at least 16 weeks before your wedding date to allow for production, shipping and any alterations.
International shipping
New Zealand: choose Pack N Track (7–14 business days) or Express (2–4 business days) at checkout, where the price is shown. Other countries: we quote international shipping individually. Please email [email protected] for a quote before you order; the shipping charge shown at checkout for these countries is a placeholder, not a calculated rate. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Bridesmaids Only.

Alterations
Most bridal parties require minor alterations for the perfect fit. This includes made-to-order and custom items. We recommend allowing an extra 2 weeks between delivery and your event for alterations.
