At Bridesmaids Only, almost every gown is made especially for you โ€” so here’s exactly how returns and exchanges work, in plain language. And if anything is ever not quite right, please reach out first: we’re real people, and we’ll always do our best to look after you. ๐Ÿ’›

Made-to-order dresses (most of our gowns)

Nearly all of our designer gowns โ€” Jenny Yoo, Tania Olsen, TH&TH, Talia Sarah, Dressology and more โ€” are cut and made to order in the colour and size you choose, just for you. Because each one is created especially for you, made-to-order dresses are final sale โ€” they aren’t able to be returned or exchanged for a change of mind or size.

That’s exactly why we make it so easy to get it perfect before you order: order a fabric swatch to check the colour and feel in your own light, book a Try Before You Buy to test the fit at home, or simply message our stylist team โ€” we genuinely love helping you choose. And if something does come up after your dress arrives, please reach out to us anyway โ€” we’ll always take a look and do whatever we can to help.

Lead time: made-to-order gowns take around 8–16 weeks to create, depending on the designer. Got a wedding sooner? Just ask about a rush order โ€” we can often fast-track it for you on approval. ๐ŸŒŸ

Need It Now (ready-to-ship dresses)

Our Need It Now dresses are in stock, ready and waiting, and ship within 1–2 business days. So they can keep flying out the door to brides on a deadline, these are also final sale โ€” but the same promise stands: if there’s ever an issue when yours arrives, reach out and we’ll help.

Try Before You Buy

Our Try Before You Buy service is made for exactly this moment โ€” try the dress at home before you commit to your whole bridal party. Your TBYB booking comes with its own simple timeframes and return details.

Robes, pyjamas, cami sets & accessories

Unworn robes, pyjama sets, cami sets and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging with tags attached โ€” return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once packaging is opened, these become final sale for hygiene reasons. (Sale and sample items are final sale too.)

If something arrives faulty

If your order ever arrives faulty or damaged, just email [email protected] within 7 days with your order number and a couple of photos, and we’ll sort a repair, replacement or refund for you straight away.
