What is our ‘Try before you buy’ service? 
We know how hard it is to find the perfect dress to suit everyone. To help, we have a ‘Try before you buy’ service. This is where we can send you up to 4 items for a period of 7 days (from when you receive them). We do charge $30 to cover courier costs to and from, however this can be a great way of checking styles, sizes and colours prior to purchasing!

How do I return samples to you? 
You’ll receive a return satchel with your delivery. Just pop this in your local Australia Post postbox within 7 days of us sending the item and it’s all done. Easy!
 
What if I need the samples sent overseas, or my bridesmaids are in different locations? 
We can absolutely arrange this for you. Contact our friendly team at info@bridesmaidsonly.com.au for a quote.
 
Do we have samples of every style, colour and size?
With our wide range of styles, designers and colours, we unfortunately can’t keep a sample of every option. We do have hundreds of samples available and our friendly team will help to pull together a range of options to help you choose what works best for you and your girls!
 
We can also provide colour swatches for most of our ranges where we don’t have a sample available in the colour you’re after. Just email our helpful team at info@bridesmaidsonly.com.au.
