There will be no refunds or exchanges for items purchased during the Black Friday sale. All sales will be final (unless faulty).
You may return our 'in stock' full priced items within 7 days of delivery (or attempted delivery) for a refund or exchange. We must receive the item back by the 7th day for a full refund. They must be returned in the condition you received them, and they must be unworn, unwashed, or unaltered with all tags attached. If it is over the 7 day period we will issue you a credit note to your nominated email address. All sales using a promotional code, all sample sale items and all made to order items are final.
Please note, we cannot guarantee availability of any particular item. Our stock varies daily and we will contact you if we cannot fulfill an order.
Our 'made to order' items are only placed into production once your order is placed. Based on your bust, waist and hip measurements, the stylist team will review your order to make sure the right size is chosen based on your measurements. We might contact you via email to confirm the size we feel would be the best fit, or if we have any questions regarding the measurements.
Since each dress is made specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these dresses. However, we will make sure to work with you to ensure the best fit. Because your dresses are made in standard sizes, you may seek further alterations to create the ‘perfect fit’. Alterations are not included in the cost of your purchase.
Each dress is checked for quality control before it is shipped. If however, the dress arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will get working on resolving the problem right away!
All of our dresses are shipped via registered express post (with a tracking number!).
Our 'in stock' items are shipped within 1-5 business days of placing your order. Please let us know if you require your item urgently and we can organise a courier service.
For our 'made to order' items, we recommend ordering at least 16 weeks from your wedding date. This allows plenty of time for making, shipping and preparing the dresses in time for the big day!
Keep in mind that most bridesmaids choose to have minor tailoring done to get the ‘perfect fit’. Production and shipping typically takes 14 weeks (without a rush) from the date we place your order. Since all of our dresses are made to order, it is important to order well in advance of the wedding date. Please note that all dresses for a single bridal party are held until each bridesmaid has submitted sizing and payment information. The full order is processed once each bridesmaid has completed her order to ensure that each dress comes from the same dye lot (to avoid any variation in dress colour).
