IN STOCK ITEMS

All of our ‘in stock’ items deliver within 2 business days for metro areas, and 5 business days for all other areas.
Please contact us if you require a faster delivery as we are able to book a same day service.
All our ‘in stock’ items are in standard Australian sizes. You can take a look at the size charts here, and please contact us with any questions you may have. If you fall in between 2 sizes, we generally recommend going for the larger size to allow room for alterations. Alternations are not included.
If you are part of a larger bridal party and are ordering your dress separately, please make a note of this in the ‘notes’ section of your order so that we can make sure all the dresses come from the same dye lot.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

You might have noticed that some of the dresses have a 12 week turnaround. These items are ‘made to order’ which means they are only made when your order is placed. We can work with you to make the dress you want in your size, and in the colour you are after!
We can certainly help you! There are rush options for all our ‘made to order’ dresses just in case you need it sooner (as little as 4 weeks!). Please contact us with your wear date, and we will let you know the delivery options available.

SIZING / HOW TO MEASURE

Always take the time to check your measurements against the relevant designer’s size chart before placing your order. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size to leave room for adjustments to be made.

If your dress is “made to order”, and you would like some help with sizing, please add your bust, waist and hip measurements in the ‘notes’ section on your order. Our stylist team will review your measurements before placing your order to make sure the right size is chosen. We might contact you via email to confirm the size we feel would be the best fit, or if we have any questions regarding the measurements.
In order to check what size dress you need, we recommend taking your bust, waist and hip measurements. Here’s how:

BUST: Place the tape measure under your arms and run it around the fullest part of your bust.
WAIST: Find the natural waistline by bending sideways to show where your body naturally creases and measure around that section.
HIPS: Keep your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

If your measurements are coming up in between sizes, we recommend choosing the next size up to allow for alterations to be made. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us, we’re always happy to help!
We can send out a sample package of up to 4 dresses for you and your bridesmaids to try on.

The dresses can be on loan for trying for up to 4 days for $20 postage and shipping.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

You may return our 'in stock' items within 7 days from receipt of the item (or attempted delivery) for a refund or exchange. They must be returned in the condition you received them, and they must be unworn, unwashed, or unaltered with all tags attached. If it is over the 7 day period we will issue you a credit note to your nominated email address.

You may also return all sale items within 7 days from receipt of the item (or attempted delivery) for a refund or exchange unless during a promotion. All sales using a promotional code are final. All 'sample sale' items are final.

Our 'made to order' items are made specifically for each order. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these dresses. However, we will make sure to work with you to ensure the best fit.

Each dress is checked for quality control before it is shipped. If however, the dress arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will get working on resolving the problem right away.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our 'in stock' items are shipped within 2 business days of placing your order. Please let us know if you require your item urgently and we can organise a courier service. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

For our 'made to order' items, we recommend ordering at least 16 weeks from your wedding date. This allows plenty of time for making, shipping and preparing the dresses in time for the big day! We can always get them here sooner on a rush, so please let us know if your wedding is coming up sooner!
If you live in Australia and your order is over $50 - shipping is free! We ship worldwide for a flat fee of $60.
All of our dresses are automatically shipped via either registered express post or courier. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number so that you can keep an eye on when your purchases will arrive!
