1. All visits are strictly by appointment.
2. We like to give all our brides and their bridal parties the undivided attention they deserve. Therefore all appointments are limited to a maximum of 50 minutes.
3. Whilst the number of appointments required will vary between bridal parties, this should be limited to a maximum of 3 visits. A decision is often made by your second appointment.
4. At your first appointment, we recommend that you bring only your key decision-makers with you. These people are typically family members, a close friend and/or your wedding coordinator (also, some fiancées have been known to brave our store!). In our experience, this first appointment is designed to allow you to hopefully find (and settle) on your fav. dresses, colours and designs – even if that means narrowing it down to your top 2-3 preferences. Once you’ve done this we’d then arrange your second appointment, in which you’d bring your bridesmaids to try on your picks.
5. We only carry samples in our showroom. Unfortunately, it would be impossible for us to carry every size, colour and style of each of our designers. However, we do carry a large selection and our consultants are of course on hand to assist with styling.
6. As all dresses are made to order, you will need to allow 10-16 weeks (depending on the designer) for dress production and delivery.
7. Because of the above, you should seek to secure your appointment (and ideally order) at least 5-6 months prior to your wedding date. Please let us know your wedding date so that we can ensure we fit you in with enough time in advance of the big day.
8. Some of our designers offer rush cuts for urgent orders; however, these designers charge a fee for this service. If you are concerned about delivery times, please ask one of our consultants about rush cut options.
9. You should be aware that whilst our dresses are bespoke (insofar as the colour, style and finish is tailored to your wedding party), brides occasionally seek further alterations to create the ‘perfect’ fit. This would be at an additional cost.
10. Although our consultants assist in measuring and sizing up bridesmaids for their dresses, customers are ultimately responsible for their own sizing decisions.
